Covid Policy and Liability Release

I acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and understand that my risk of exposure to or infection by COVID-19 may be significantly increased by attending the Event. I understand that risks associated with COVID-19 include, but are not limited to, serious and potentially life-threatening illness, long-term health effects and even death. By attending the Event, I knowingly and feely assume all risk related to exposure to or infection by COVID-19, or any variant thereof.

I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, hereby release, waive and forever discharge Sourcing Journal, Event sponsors, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liabilities, claims or causes of action, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, of any kind or nature, arising out of or in any way connected to with my participation in the Event (collectively “Claims”), including without limitation, Claims for personal injury, disease, or death.
