Miranda + Mother Collaboration Channels ’60s Style

Mother and model Miranda Kerr are linked up for a good cause. Kerr worked with the premium denim brand to launch a 12-piece capsule with proceeds donated to The Royal Hospital for Women Foundation in Australia.

The Miranda + Mother collaboration, available in stores by mid-February, smacks of the ’60s with high-waisted jeans, a jean short, snap-down skirt and cutout jumpsuit. The line also includes a butterfly embroidered shirt, sweatshirt and tees. The line will retail for $105-$325.

Kerr collaborated with Mother co-founder Tim Kaeding on every detail, from fits and washes to an exclusive pink suede patch logo and hardware. The collection also features inspirational phrases like ‘In Joy’ and ‘Attitude of Gratitude’, as well as her own handwritten message on the interior waistband.

The Royal Hospital for Women cares for more than 10,000 women and 600 premature babies a year. The foundation exists to ensure that all patients have the best possible treatment and equipment. More than half of the life-saving equipment in the hospital’s newborn intensive care unit has been purchased through donations.

“I had such a wonderful time designing this collection with Mother and love what we created, the pieces are fun, fashionable, and I love that they give back to a charity close to my heart,” Kerr said in a statement.
