Isko has snapped up another accolade for its innovations in sustainable manufacturing. The denim mill, a division of Sanko Group, announced this week that Isko Earth Fit has received EU Ecolabel certification.
Isko Earth Fit serves as an integral part of the company’s sustainable platform. The collection of fabrics is made with eco-friendly raw materials like organic cotton, Better Cotton, pre-consumer recycled cotton and post-consumer recycled polyester from PET bottles.
In 2016, products from the Isko Earth Fit line were awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which evaluates a product’s total lifecycle from raw material to waste or recycling. The mill is now the first and the only denim mill in the world to have received these recognitions.

The Isko EU Ecolabel products will be launched in May 2017 as part of the new collection.
