Sustainable denim is coming soon from Jones New York.
Authentic Brands Group announced this week that it has entered a long-term partnership with sustainable denim manufacturer, Noize Jeans, for its Jones New York brand. Through the partnership, Noize Jeans will design, produce and distribute men’s bottoms, jackets and denim for the brand.
The goal is to produce denim garments that stays true to Jones New York’s classic yet modern aesthetic while delivering comfort and fabrics that are built to last.
“Noize Jeans’ expertise in the jeans space is second to none, and we are pleased to partner with them on the expansion of Jones New York’s men’s apparel offerings with uniquely designed lifestyle apparel product,” said Joseph N. Zarro, Authentic Brands Group executive vice president of luxe and classic brands.
The new assortment is expected to roll out across key department stores, specialty retailers and online in North America starting this fall.
Noize produces 1.8 million garments a month for clients including Zara, Mango, Bershka, Primark and more. Described itself as “currently one of the most advanced and sustainable production company in Bangladesh,” according to its website, Noize operates vertical production facilities using sustainable wash and finishing technologies from Tonello, Jeanologia and Smartex. It names organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester, Tencel, bamboo and hemp as its core raw materials.
