Two underground fashion retailers have joined forces to renew one of Adidas iconic styles with denim.
Adidas brought together Newcastle, England-based End. and Boston-based Bodega to collaborate as part of the 2017 Sneaker Exchange series. The retailers were challenged to find common ground and reinterpret two Adidas models.
The End. x Bodega Pack includes the 1970s runner, the Haven, remade with soft suede and the new Iniki Runner, which combines a classic aesthetic with a Boost sole. Design influence is taken from Boro denim and the Japanese Sashiko stitching method.
The pack is available for pre-order on July 1 at End. and Bodega and via endclothing.com and bdgastore.com. General release is slated for July 8. The collection retails for $160-$180.
