Eva Longoria is stepping into the denim sphere with shaping jeans.
The actress-turned-designer announced the addition of ‘Spanx-like’ jeans to her Spring ’17 collection for her eponymous line, the Eva Longoria Collection (EL Collection). Longoria set out to design jeans that will “suck you in,” as she told People.
The brand offers denim in sizes 0-18, including petite options, with an emphasis on four-way stretch fabrications. Cuts include high-rise skinny and slit knee skinny jeans and high-rise flare. Colors span tomato and petal pink, to jet black, stone blue, anchor blue, rinse blue and white. Jeans retail for $89 online.
“My denim acts like a Spanx. It sucks everything in in the right places,” Longoria told People. “It’s not super thin denim that shows all the flaws in your body. This is a really structured denim with a four way stretch that’s complimentary and allows you to wear that white jean. And the white jean in my denim line is my favorite.”
