The company announced Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey as its new brand ambassador for the Fall 2019 collection, which features flannel button-downs, elevated henleys, graphic T-shirts and denim at an affordable price point.
McCaffrey stars in the brand’s video campaign to draw up enthusiasm for the new collection and upcoming fantasy football and NFL season. Set in his native Colorado, the campaign video illustrates McCaffrey’s love for the brand and draws upon his Fantasy Football popularity. The partnership will live across the brand’s digital presence and social media channels, as well as include active engagement with Flag & Anthem’s core retailers.

The campaign complements the brand’s sense of American pride. For instance, its bestselling jeans, the Nashville Straight and Oakland Slim, are named after prominent American cities. Flag & Anthem launched in 2016 as an authentic, vintage men’s brand. It has since expanded into women’s tops, and partnered with country music star Dierks Bentley on the brand’s Desert Son product line, which launched in Spring 2018.
To further increase customer engagement, the brand also boasts a college ambassador program, which taps real students across the country to represent the brand and extend exclusive promo codes to their networks.
