For Denham, the Truth is in the Details in New Short Film

Amsterdam-based Denham has unveiled a new short documentary film about the making of denim.

Directed by Hugo Keijzer, The Truth Is In The Details follows jean maker Jason Denham on his quest to make the perfect pair of jeans, balancing honor of tradition while destroying conventions.

“It’s incredible that a product that was created in 1850 is still the most popular product by everyone today,” says Denham in the film.

The film tracks Denham as he travels from Italy to Japan, observing both how denim history is being preserved and how innovations in fibers like Lenzing Tencel and Modal are changing the game for jeans.
