Frame Celebrates Claudia Schiffer’s 50th Birthday with New Collection

Most people get a Zoom party and a special delivery during quarantine birthdays. Fashion icon Claudia Schiffer, however, gets a limited-edition line of jeans.

Premium denim brand Frame has always been a favorite among the supermodel elite—and now, it’s leaning into that title with two new styles created to celebrate  Schiffer’s 50th birthday.

The Los Angles-based brand launched two new denim styles Tuesday in honor of the supermodel, who rose to fame during the ’90s alongside Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell, who also celebrated the Big 5-0 earlier this summer.

“My everyday ‘uniform’ tends to be based around denim in all of its guises, so I’ve been wearing Frame for years,” Schiffer stated in a press release.

The special collection includes two of Schiffer’s favorite styles: the CS Le Palazzo, a wide-leg pant in “Film Noir” black, and the CS Le High Skinny, a high-rise skinny jean in Frame’s “Poe” light wash denim. Both pairs are distinguished with a leather back patch that features a cloud design, a nod to Schiffer’s nickname, “Cloudy,”as well as her love of nature.

The Claudia Schiffer x Frame jeans retail for $220-$225 and are immediately available on the Frame website. A portion of sales for both styles will be donated to Unicef, a United Nations agency that provides humanitarian aid to children around the world. Schiffer is a Unicef UK ambassador and has supported the organization since 1997.

“Claudia is synonymous with fashion, and collaborating with the most influential names in fashion has been a part of Frame’s DNA since day one,” said Erik Torstensson, Frame’s co-founder and creative director. “Claudia has been a friend of Frame for years, and we’re thrilled to be introducing two new denim pieces that honor her iconic style in celebration of her birthday.”
