Google gives denim a try.
The internet empire teamed up with British-born designer Christian Cowan to create a ‘really blue’ pair of jeans, in conjunction with the debut of the new Pixel smartphone ‘Really Blue’ edition, according to Metro UK.
The jeans feature one pocket instead of a classic 5-pocket model, the perfect size and shape to fit Google’s new Pixel phone.
Cowan told Metro UK that he searched dye houses of New York and London looking for the exact color to match the new phone.
“I went through endless colour matches to make sure they were exact because obviously, no one’s ever done it before so it took a bit of time to get it perfect,” said Cowan.
Cowan designs custom-made pairs upon request.
