Hollister Partners with Echosmith Lead Singer for Party Collection

Hollister announced Thursday a new party-wear collection in collaboration with Sydney Sierota, lead singer of pop band Echosmith.

The 11 style collection is the second collaboration between Echosmith and Hollister after Sydney and her brothers teamed up with the brand last fall for the successful #HCoAllEqual campaign, an anti-bullying initiative.

Sierota breaks away from her brothers and the band in Hollister’s latest collaboration. She explained that the inspiration for the collection came from spending time with the Hollister design team in vintage stores and markets around Los Angeles, as well as finding inspiration from her own wardrobe.

“The inspiration was a lot of sparkles, we just wanted to have fun! I love dressing up, whether or not I have a reason. Something about it just makes me feel awesome. I think a lot of people can agree with that,” said Sierota. “I was very excited to have the opportunity of designing a collection with Hollister and it was such a collaborative process with the entire team. I can’t wait to see how fans style the pieces in their own, unique way.”

“Sydney embodies everything Hollister, a true Cali girl, fun and optimistic. We loved getting to know her better and what made clothes stand out for her,” said Lisa Lowman, Hollister senior vice president of design. “From our inspiration shopping trips, to the fits and details of the product, she knew exactly how she wanted this collection to take shape and we love every piece.”

The collection sells in select Hollister stores and online for $39.95-$79.95.
