Jen7 by 7 For All Mankind is including more of womankind and Joie is bringing joy to an additional audience because both California-based women’s brands have just expanded their sizing.
Jen7, which 7 For All Mankind launched in 2014 to appeal to women 40 years old and above, has widened its size range from standard missy 00-16 to 00-28. When petite and plus options are combined, the Holiday 2022 collection has 12 styles that range in price from $99-$180.
Holiday highlights include a high-waist ankle skinny jean in black with ombre rhinestones on the hem available in plus and petite, a long sleeve button-up dress (plus only), a pintuck trouser (plus only) and a slim bootcut jean with an inseam split in a medium wash (petite only).

Ten additional styles will be offered for Spring 2023 including a cropped wide-leg jean with white eyelet details, a sleeveless tie-front jumpsuit, a cropped colored skinny with a frayed hem and cuff and a rolled short in a 1970s-inspired bright blue wash.
Each Jen7 jean features Enhance Me technology that includes a contoured three-piece waistband and flexible shaping panels made from a woven stretch fabric that are built into pockets.
With new sizes ranging from 14W-28W and 0X-4X, women’s lifestyle brand Joie has also added size inclusivity to its mix starting for Fall 2022. While its new Extended Sizes collection mostly consists of tops, sweaters and dresses, there are two skinny jeans. The Willa Park in twill is available in three colors: green, red and tan. The Maxine Park in a cotton-poly stretch with a five-button front and ankle zips is available in five colors including two traditional blue denim ones. Both retail for $228.
“We wanted to make beautiful, flattering clothing that reflects the brand as a whole. We use the same fit technique as we do on other sizes, with more attention to the way we develop it in order to see the same look and feel in every size,” Joie said.
