In the video campaign, which will air on HM.com, in cinemas and on television later this month, Hart plays a method actor preparing to take on the role of Beckham.
“To be able to make fun of a global icon like David Beckham is a comedian’s dream. I love fashion as much as I love sports, which is why I was so excited to star in David’s new H&M campaign,” Hart said in a statement.
As part of its long-term relationship with Beckham, H&M launched Modern Essentials—a range of classis menswear pieces selected by the fashion icon. The Fall ’15 collection includes striped sweaters, denim and plaid button-down shirts, a vintage-inspired black denim jacket and jeans. The line lands in stores in October.
