It’s every brand’s dream to have super fans, and Levi’s is thanking its followers with a set of special perks via its new app.
The app is piloting the Levi’s Red Tab Member Program, which will give users free shipping (with no minimum) and personalized benefits based on their unique preferences. The program will roll out in phases over the course of 2020, so super fans will get a steady influx of special perks throughout the year.
Additionally, the upgraded app allows users to have access to its collaborations with high-end fashion brands, as well as products that are not available online.
Levi’s incorporated the app into Levi’s Haus Miami, the brand’s popup now open through Feb. 29. While the app is central to the activation—attendees can use it to download tickets for speaker series and gain access to exclusive product drops—those not currently in Miami can still download the app and benefit from its features.
“We’re being very intentional about our storytelling between our digital channels to increase engagement,” Haley Grevelding, Levi’s senior director, content marketing and creative, said. “For example, people who are going to levi.com for the first time may have less interest in the history behind the mill that created our denim—but our super fans who download the Levi’s app are hungry for that content and want to be the first to know about an exclusive jean drop made with Japanese selvedge denim.”
The Levi’s app is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
