Levi’s and Hello Kitty Debut Second Collaboration

A new collaboration brings two nostalgic back-to-school favorites together for a second time.

Levi’s recently debuted a collection made in partnership with Sanrio, the company that created Hello Kitty. The collaboration, which marks Sanrio’s 60th anniversary, revisits two of Levi’s popular offerings: special Hello Kitty graphics and fun customization features.

Levi’s and Sanrio first teamed up for a 2019 collection that celebrated the 45th anniversary of Hello Kitty.

For the new collection, Levi’s dug into the Hello Kitty archives for an array of graphics for items such as T-shirts, hoodies and totes. Consumers can customize these products by adding their name or word of choice to the novelty items.

Denim anchors the collection. Jeans feature Hello Kitty graphics made using Levi’s Future Finish technology, its signature laser-powered customization platform.

Men’s fits include the 501 Original, 501 Taper, 511 Slim and the 512 Slim Taper. Women’s jeans span the 501 Skinny, 501 High Rise Short, 721 High Rise Skinny, the Ribcage Straight and the Wedgie.

The collection also includes a co-branded bandana as well as a pair of graphic cotton face masks. Reusable and reversible, the masks feature elastic ear loops and colorful Hello Kitty graphics.

The new Levi’s x Hello Kitty collection is available now exclusively on Levi.com and the Levi’s app. Retail prices range from $7 for a face mask to $148 for jeans.
