Denimheads and sneaker freakers got their first look at one of the most anticipated brand collaborations of 2018.
Last week, musician Travis Scott teased the upcoming Levi’s x Air Jordan 4 collaboration on his social media. The limited-edition sneakers celebrates the 10-year anniversary of the brands’ first collaboration, the 2008 Levi’s x Air Jordan 1.
The sneakers are made with denim uppers in various shades of washes and include tongue tags that resemble Levi’s famous leather patch. Each shoe features a denim midsole and gum outsole.
According to sneaker blog Kicks on Fire, the sneakers will retail for $225—a significantly higher price that other Jordan 4 releases, which typically retail for $190. The collaboration is expected to be more limited that previous collaboroations. The brands have not announced a release date.
