Patagonia’s Re\collection Fosters Material Circularity

Patagonia is elevating its sustainability commitment with a new recycled material line.

The outdoor gear retailer introduced Re\collection, an assortment of cold weather apparel designed with recycled materials. Built with function and warmth, each of the collection’s 10 styles incorporate various recycled inputs, including 100 percent recycled down, 100 percent recycled wool, 100 percent recycled polyester, labels made from 85 percent recycled polyester, 80 percent recycled zippers and buttons made from 50 percent recycled materials.
