Replay bowed a supped-up version of its most popular denim collection at Pitti Uomo in Florence last week.
The brand partnered with Turkish denim mill Isko to elevate its Hyperflex collection, a men’s and women’s denim range launched in 2014. Made with 100 percent elasticity in the weft, Hyperflex became Replay’s bestselling denim range as consumer demand for comfort, retention and slim fits reshaped the denim market.
The upgraded Hyperflex + product line includes Isko Blue Skin, which adds elasticity in the warp. The fabric gives the wearer total freedom of movement, multi-directional stretch and holding power to create a form-fitting silhouette. The addition of Isko Recall fabric technology ensures the garment retains its shape and creates a slimming effect without wrinkling at the knees and backside.
Replay presented the men’s and women’s capsule collection during an exclusive event at Pitti Uomo. Color options include black denim with black weft and a blue denim over-dyed in black.
The collection includes Replay’s top-selling slim fit jean for men and women, the Anbass and the Luz, as well as new slim fit biker jeans. The line also offers chinos with drawstring waists and ribbing around the ankle for men and women.
Replay and Isko’s ongoing partnership have resulted in a number of wins for the Italian denim label.
Replay used Isko Blue Skin for the launched of Hyperskin, an athleisure product with a denim look. The brand also used Isko Recall for Touch, a denim range with a fine, ultra-soft hand feel.
