Streetwear Mogul Tony Arcabascio Joins Buscemi

Join Sourcing Journal on March 13th HKT for Sourcing Summit Hong Kong for discussions on mending relationships between supply chain partners, remaking factories for smaller MOQs and faster turns, and creating resilience to survive the next inevitable crisis.

American luxury sneaker label Buscemi announced today that it has hired streetwear mogul Tony Arcabascio as artistic director.

With over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, Arcabascio started his career as a graffiti artist and graphic designer, eventually co-founding streetwear brand Alife in 1999, as well as the renowned sneaker boutique Alife Rivington Club in 2001.

On tapping Arcabascio as artistic director, brand creative director Jon Buscemi said, “Tony joining the team really rounds out the authenticity in our global marketing department, and his artistic direction is something we have been looking for since the inception of the brand. Working with such a massive talent like Tony is a huge complement to our brand.”
