Tommy Hilfiger’s second collection co-designed with model, muse and Hilfiger womenswear ambassador Gigi Hadid debuted last week.
The collection will hit the runway in a “See Now, Buy Know” show on Feb. 8 in Los Angeles instead of its regular home in New York City.
The Tommy x Gigi Spring ’17 collection combines Hadid’s West Coast beach vibes with Tommy Hilfiger’s East Coast sophistication. The line was inspired by ‘Summer of Love,’ and features Hilfiger’s classic Americana colorways throughout. Highlights in the collection include a medium wash denim trench and patchwork jeans.
In October, Hilfiger and Hadid urged consumers to take part in decisions for the collection, inviting shoppers to vote for their favorite looks via social media.
