Vogue and Snoop Dogg Host a Denim Dinner, Why Not?

When it’s deliver-or-die, supply chains become the lifeblood of a company. To that end, the fashion industry has embraced technology to navigate today’s hyper-complicated supply chain, with myriad solutions shaping the first, middle and last mile. Call it Sourcing 2.0.

Vogue demonstrated that there’s never a bad time to celebrate America’s favorite fabric by holding an impromptu “denim dinner” with Snoop Dogg as the fête’s unlikely host.

The party was held at El Compadre on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip. There was no stated cause for celebration, except to see a fashionable crowd decked out in their finest denim duds.

Guests included Jessica Alba, Gillian Jacobs and Kim Gordon, as well as models Lily Aldridge and Miranda Kerr.

The denim highlights included Camille Rowe in light wash flares and star-covered platform boots and Lily Aldridge in an embroidered Dries van Noten jacket and Re/Done jeans.
