Michael Jordan’s Son Plans to Open Sneaker Boutique

Fans of basketball great, Michael Jordan, will have an opportunity to shop his trophy room——sort of. Jordan’s 25-year-old son, Marcus Jordan, announced plans to open a sneaker boutique dedicated to his father’s legacy in April 2016.

The “elevated retail boutique” aims to replicate the trophy room within the Jordan family estate—a room, according to the official website, that has become a central spot for family gatherings and holiday celebrations. The store will showcase family home videos and photos alongside memorabilia from Jordan’s NBA career.

Shoppers will be able to nab merchandise from Nike, Jordan Brand and Upper Deck Authenticated, as well as apparel, artwork and accessories from an in-house label.

The store’s location remains a mystery, however, sneaker bloggers are placing bets on Chicago.
