True Religion has tapped enterprise cloud commerce solutions company, Demandware, to improve its omnichannel strategy. The denim company revealed Tuesday it has implemented Demandware Commerce Cloud to bridge its new e-commerce site with an endless aisle solution for its brick-and-mortar stores.
With the new platform, True Religion can offer consumers the opportunity to make online purchases on-the-go on its mobile-optimize site, and provide sales associates with a deeper inventory to satisfy customer needs.
“Our customers are very loyal so it was important that the new True Religion site be able to extend our brand to customers wherever they may be,” said John Hazen, True Religion vice president of ominchannel commerce and digital innovation, in a statement. “And when they come to a True Religion store, the Demandware endless aisle solution empowers our great associates to deliver truly exceptional service that continually delights our customers. Demandware is the platform that lets True Religion bring online experience together with the brick and mortar clienteling in-store—this is the pinnacle for us,” he continued.
Demandware will be showcasing True Religion’s endless aisle kiosk at the Shop.org Digital Summit in Philadelphia Oct. 6-7.
Jeffrey Barnett, Demandware executive vice president and chief operating officer, said, “True Religion is pushing the retail envelope through a progressive brand proposition and a leading unified commerce experience. The Demandware Commerce Cloud is at the core of True Religion’s ability to deliver a consistent experience online and in the stores. When a retailer’s brand essence comes through so clearly across all customer touch-points, as does True Religion’s on Demandware, customer loyalty is built and rewarded time and time again.”
