With the motto Act Together, The Circle Book continues to grow and is currently under development. Now in its third year, the collaborative project launched by Lenzing, Meidea, and Officina +39 welcomed 10 brand partners and multiple designers to jointly develop a collection that is circular and sustainable.
2022 was the first year that the project held an open call. We then gathered the following partners: denim mill Calik, stitching yarn supplier Crafil, sustainable manufacturer Ereks Blue Matter, denim mill Global Denim, woven labels and packaging firm Nexgen, denim and sportswear fabrics producer Royo and jersey and fleece manufacturer TYH. Lenzing also supplied fibers, while Officina+39 contributed its chemical and dye knowledge.
Meidea is once again behind the designs, and was joined by other designers Alice Rossi and Ren Collective; Global Denim’s Anatt Finkler and Vanessa Troice; and Lucia Chain.
