Kingpins Show announced Thursday that its New York show originally scheduled for June 8-9 will be rescheduled for June 12-13.
The show, which celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2019, will remain at Basketball City.
“We received feedback that our New York show was too close to Ramadan and came too closely on the heels of our Kingpins Hong Kong Show, which takes place May 15-16,” said Andrew Olah, founder of Kingpins Show. “Our new June 12-13 dates allow us to accommodate our exhibitors and attendees and best serve our community.”
Additionally, Kingpins Transformers, the seminar series focused on sustainable innovation, will move to June 11 to coincide with the trade show.
New York Denim Days—the annual consumer-facing denim festival—will keep its original dates, June 8-9.
The new dates also give vendors an extra week between Denim Premiere Vision’s roving show concept, which will move from London to Milan, May 28-29.
The next edition of Kingpins will take place in Amsterdam April 10-11.
