Small Brands Find a Place at The Low Show

By zeroing in on smaller-sized brands with unique platforms, The Low Show founder Kenneth Jaworski hopes to inspire Dutchmen to develop innovative personal style. The new trade show, set to take place in Amsterdam on Feb. 16-18, plans to bypass any unnecessary spectacles and let product speak for itself.

Jaworski, an architect with fashion industry clients, intends to keep The Low Show intimate and friendly. The show has issued only 500 invitations and plans to exhibit 40 brands, including Filson, Red Wing, Fjällräven, Gloverall, Private White V.C. and denim brands like K.O.I., Benzak Denim Developers, Pike Brothers and Tellason.

If the inaugural show is a success, Jaworski said future shows will be added to the calendar.
