Before resale was the burgeoning retail channel it is today, Grailed, the online marketplace for men’s luxury fashion and streetwear, was just filling a need. Founded by Arun Gupta in 2013, the resale site was born out of Gupta’s own passion for high-end fashion, albeit on a college student budget.

Six years on, Grailed is growing in industry clout and is well on its way to becoming a premier source for hard-to-find streetwear—including rare pieces from celebrities’ wardrobes. This year, Grailed cleaned out Future’s closet with proceeds going to the rapper’s FreeWishes Foundation. The retailer also hosted a pop-up shop in Los Angeles stocking rare garments by Rick Owens and Raf Simons.
