Adidas’ Third Collab With Beyoncé’s Ivy Park ‘Brings the Streets to the Slopes’

A little more than a year after Adidas and Beyoncé’s Ivy Park first stormed streetwear, the pair will debut their third collection together.

Titled “Icy Park,” the cozy collection “brings the streets to the slopes,” Adidas said. The drop, arriving Feb. 19, will offer an array of apparel, footwear and accessories that infuses “alpine-ready” silhouettes with classic streetwear elements. Materials will include faux shearling and performance towel terry. Select apparel and accessories will feature a new Ivy Park monogram or a playful ski tag print.

The Icy Park collection’s footwear selection will offer updates for Adidas’ Ultraboost, Forum Low, Forum Mid and Super Sleek sneakers, as well as introduce the Ivy Park Super Sleek Boot. Sporting rich textures and reflective details, the footwear lineup “reimagines mountain-ready style through the lens of Beyoncé’s distinct aesthetic perspective,” Adidas said.

The collection is supported by a star-studded multi-media campaign. New faces include model Hailey Bieber, record label CEO and rapper Gucci Mane, singer Kaash Paige and models Akesha Murray, Shi Gray, and Kyla Coleman.

Though no official details have been released regarding the specific apparel that will be in the collection, Ivy Park released a two-and-a-half-minute video Friday starring Beyoncé, Bieber, Mane, Paige, Murray, Gray and Coleman. Items seen included a shiny metallic puffer, a skintight pink ensemble, a white tracksuit and a gray windbreaker.

The third Adidas x Ivy Park collection will debut Feb. 19 on the footwear giant’s website and on Feb. 20 in-store and at select retailers globally. Items will be available in sizes XXXS to 4X with prices ranging from $30 for accessories to $850 for outerwear.

Beyoncé’s last outing with Adidas, dubbed “Drip 2,” debuted in late October. The collection included a range of activewear in a vivid color palette of real coral, mesa, yellow tint, dark green and green tint. The lineup featured six footwear styles, including the Ultraboost, Forum Low, Forum Mid and Super Sleek sneakers, as well as the Nite Jogger.

In December, another footwear firm dropped a ski-inspired collection of its own. Inspired by its history with early ‘90s Italian skiing, Fila teamed up with Rowing Blazers to release a range of preppy winter wear, including a ski jacket, ski pants, half-zip jacket fleece, T-shirt, rugby polo, goggles and two hats. Two footwear styles—a sneaker and a boot—accompanied the collection.
