
Louise Camuto, the widow of Vince Camuto, has been named chief creative officer for the Camuto Group. Alex DelCielo, a founding member of the group, will take them helm as chief executive officer. DelCielo was previously the group’s president and chief operating officer.
Ed Ferrell, Camuto Group chief merchandising officer, has been promoted to president. Senior vice president of sourcing Julio Martini will replace DelCielo as COO.
Vince Camuto passed away from cancer in January. The Camuto Group currently owns 30 Vince Camuto footwear stores in the U.S. and 62 international stores. It also licensed products for Tory Burch, BGBG and has been instrumental in launching Jessica Simpson’s successful footwear line.
