
As Deckers Brands sets out to grow its omnichannel capabilities, the company announced the appointment of Nike veteran Stefano Caroti to omnichannel president. Caroti will oversee all aspects of the Deckers’ omnichannel operations for all brands and will report directly to Deckers Brands President Dave Powers.
Caroti spent 23 years at Nike, serving in multiple leaderships roles, including Vice President and General Manager, Footwear of Nike’s EMEA region before being promoted to Vice President and General Manager, EMEA Commerce where he headed up the EMEA sales and retail divisions with revenues of $5 billion.
He most recently served as Puma’s Chief Commercial Officer. Caroti managed the global wholesale, retail and e-commerce divisions and the brand’s five geographic operating regions. While there, he built the leadership team, successfully expanded the brand’s global presence and delivered the highest order book growth in six years.
In a statement, Powers said, “We are delighted to welcome Stefano to the Deckers family. He has a strong track record of successfully running multichannel businesses for global brands. I am confident that he is the right person to lead our Omni-Channel division and help take our customer-centric business model to the next level.”
