Less than a month after teaming with Beyoncé’s Ivy Park brand, Adidas has returned with a new activewear collection with fashion model Karlie Kloss.
The lineup, its first co-created with Kloss, draws inspiration from the model’s background in sport and love of running, Adidas said. It includes a range of versatile activewear, from workout bras and tights to trend-inspired streetwear pieces. It will become available on adidas.com starting Dec. 1, with additional seasonal drops launching in 2021.
Adidas’ Karlie Kloss collection makes use of two “high-performance” recycled materials, Primeblue and Primegreen. The footwear and athleticwear brand’s Aeroready fabric, designed to balance performance and comfort, features throughout.
Alongside the launch, Adidas is teaming with digital fashion house The Fabricant to design a 3D expression of the WIND.RDY Parka, “one of Kloss’ favorite pieces from the collection,” the company said. To kick off the collaboration, The Fabricant will work with artists Ruby Gloom and Blake Kathryn to design a digital interpretation of the garment before inviting its wider community of young creators to contribute their own unique ideas, building to a final digital expo. The top creations will be sold with proceeds supporting new events and programs for Kode With Klossy’s alumni community of more than 5,000 scholars.
Two others featured in the campaign, Alexis Williams and Elysha Ang, are alums from Kode With Klossy, a non-profit founded by Kloss that organizes free two-week summer coding camps for young women.
Meanwhile, Adidas plans to launch a stripped-back colorway for its PW HU NMD sneaker Wednesday. The PW HU NMD silhouette is the product of another celebrity collaboration, in this case with singer Pharrell Williams.
The PW HU NMD sneaker features a Primeknit textile upper, a rubber outsole and a tonal stitched graphic reading “Human Race” in Chinese. It comes with co-branded sock liners and additional lace options.

Adidas also plans to launch the latest in its AZ-X series Friday. Designed with London-based women’s sneaker retailer Pam Pam, the ZX 1000 Pam Pam is composed of a beige upper, with black suede accents, pink hits and leopard-print synthetic pony hair details. Other features include the initials of the retailer’s founders, a detachable ZX 1000 gold charm and co-branded laces, lace jewels, sock liners and tongue tabs.
