Rather than decorating eggs this year, Nike is decorating basketball sneakers. The 2015 Nike Basketball Easter Collection features colors and prints associated with the holiday and contains four styles: the Kobe X, KD7, Kyrie 1 and the Lebron 12.
Each style put a unique stamp on Sunday best fashion. The Kobe X Easter features a hot pink upper covered in mesh and teal accents inspired by a robin’s egg. The Lebron 12 Easter hi-top has a subtle floral print on the upper with bright coral laces. The Kyrie 1 Easter has a bright purple and coral upper covered in mesh, with a rubber outsole with a teal, coral color divide. The KD Easter is equipped with a forefront strap, patterned in a micro camo in greens and peach colors, reflecting the design of modern street art.
The line launches April 2 and will be available online at Nike.com and at select retail locations. The collection also features matching T-shirts, hats and socks for each of the four shoes.
