OrthoLite has tapped John Barrett as its new chief operating officer and retained Skip Lei to help expand product development.
Formerly general manager of Asia, John Barrett had been responsible for overseeing organizational operations in facilities and business centers across Asia. He will now oversee all Asian operations as part of his new role, including manufacturing, research and development, sustainability initiatives, product development, human resources, finance and administration.
Glenn Barrett, OrthoLite chief executive officer, said, “John has a deep understanding of our company vision, and because of his proven track record of success, we expect he will help the brand continue to advance in the marketplace. We are excited to see his professional growth and welcome him into his new position.”
Lei, owner of Evergreen Innovations, has been brought on board to develop new products for OrthoLite customers and support the product needs of Ortholite’s sales organization. Lei is the owner of Evergreen Innovations, a product creation and innovation organization. Lei will work closely with the sales organization and the Asian product development team to invent new products.
