Massachusetts-based footwear manufacturer Rockport has announced several changes to its sales leadership team, with Linda Grosser named senior vice president of North American sales.
In addition, Tony Mattioli has been named vice president of North America sales, responsible for independent and outdoor channels.
“We have decided to take full advantage of our homegrown talent and promote Linda and Tony to lead our sales team,” said Bob Infantino, president and CEO of The Rockport Group. “Both individuals have been integral to both Rockport and Drydock Footwear’s past successes, and we are confident that, together, they will continue to raise the bar as we look to grow our business across all channels.”
As senior vice president of sales, Grosser will oversee all sales operations across key accounts in North America along with online and family channels, reporting directly to Infantino. Grosser joined Rockport 19 years ago and has contributed to the business in her leadership roles in both merchandising and sales.
In Mattioli’s expanded role as vice president of sales for Rockport he will focus on driving the independent, outdoor, and catalog channels, also reporting directly to Infantino. Mattioli takes on this role with ten years of footwear industry experience, most recently as vice president of sales at Drydock footwear.
