Rock & Republic co-founder and former president Andrea Bernholtz will lead Titan Industries’ roster of footwear brands as CEO, effective June 1. She will report to Titan Industries chairman and acting CEO Joe Ouaknine.
Titan’s army of brands currently includes L.A.M.B., GX by Gwen Stefani, Badgley Mischka, Cynthia Vincent, Charles Jourdan, as well as Joe’s Jeans for men and women. Bernholtz will lead the company in day-to-day brand development, sales, retail and client relationships, business development, license expansion and more.
