Kidpik Releases New Home Try-On Collections for Fall ’16

When it’s deliver-or-die, supply chains become the lifeblood of a company. To that end, the fashion industry has embraced technology to navigate today’s hyper-complicated supply chain, with myriad solutions shaping the first, middle and last mile. Call it Sourcing 2.0.

Kidpik, an online fashion service that provides curated boxes of girls’ clothing, announced the release of four Fall ’16 fashion boxes.

Box themes include: rocker looks with studded black buckle boots; ultra-feminine styles inspired by textiles from Britain’s countryside; bold and bright active styles; and a classic Americana-insired collection with lush fabrics and rich jewel tones.

Kidpik works by having customers fill out style quizzes that outline what type of clothing their young girl likes to wear. Following the survey, Kidpik creates a custom box with six to seven items, including shoes and accessories, and delivers them to the customer’s door where the young girls can then try on the items.

Kidpik offers a 30 percent discount on the order if the young girl chooses to keep all of the items from the box, putting the price of the package around $85.
