The 30-second commercial titled “Game Film” opens with two young kids touring a practice facility when they discover Curry studying game film in a luxurious reclining chair. Curry tells the youngsters, who are wearing the latest Under Armour gear from Kids Foot Locker, that they look just like the pros. The kids are quick to notice the perks of being a pro as they witness Curry watching TV and drinking chocolate shakes. Curry tells them he’s really hard at work, watching game film, similar to homework, and drinking a protein shake. He is interrupted by another trainer letting him know his hot tub is ready, or as Curry puts it – physical therapy.
“We’re excited to launch our second commercial celebrating the holiday season by offering our young customers the freshest footwear, apparel and gear,” said Stacy Cunningham, Foot Locker executive vice president of marketing. “Working with Stephen Curry is always wonderful and ‘Game Film’ is a fun way to look at some of the preparation that goes into game day by a pro basketball star.”
