The Spanish shoe brand opened its 32nd global concept store in Florence this week. The 646-square-foot store pays homage to Pikolinos’ Mediterranean roots with leather and wood decor setting the stage for the brand’s signature artisanal details and splashes of color. The light and open space is enhanced with fruit aromas, installations and vignettes highlighting Pikolinos’ materials and designs and state-of-the-art LED lighting.
In a press release, Pikolinos Group Vice President Juanma Perán said, “At Pikolinos, we develop shoes that evoke craftsmanship, harmony, style and comfort. This new flagship store is in effect, our response to the need for footwear with these qualities in the resplendent city of Florence. We are inspired to bring Pikolinos’ signature taste of the Mediterranean to this community for locals and visitors alike to enjoy.”
