Knowles handpicks eclectic clothing, homewares, bags, shoes, jewelry, accessories and apothecary from a variety of artisans, including Bloom and Plume, Linea Germania, Phlemuns, Tactile Matter and Bernadette Thompson for the New Orleans-based brick-and-mortar. The store also stocks Knowles’ colorful collaborations with Puma.
In a statement, Knowles said the relaunch has “elevated the brand to a more collaborative and beautiful place.” She added, “At the heart of everything, the way Saint Heron looks and feels to our community is essential to its identity, and we couldn’t have achieved the same result for the Saint Heron store without BigCommerce. It’s important that Saint Heron visitors have a fulfilling experience on the new store, and I didn’t want to compromise color, style or my unique approach to design to deliver that.”
Saint Heron is one of the first brands to launch with BigCommerce’s new themes that allow retailers to build and customize online stores with the latest design capabilities and features. Solange has also partnered with BigCommerce as a brand ambassador to help other brands infuse her approach to design with their own online businesses.
