Mariano Rivera continues to rack up the footwear endorsements, three years after his retirement from the New York Yankees.
The champion pitcher has signed on to act as the official brand ambassador for OrthoLite. Rivera will collaborate with the insole manufacturer on a number of initiatives, including supporting the Mariano Rivera Foundation.
Earlier this year, OrthoLite became the official insole company of the New York Yankees, a collaborative promotional effort that includes consumer engagement in the team’s stadium and on television.
“Throughout my pitching career, I’ve experienced first-hand the importance of having proper footwear to perform at my best during training and during a game on the mound,” Rivera said. “I’m excited to team up with OrthoLite, a brand that provides the ultimate in comfort and performance for athletes of all ages.”
Rivera became a pitchman for Skechers in 2015, touting the brand’s Relaxed Fit product line in print and televised ads.
