Adidas is hiring. The company announced this week that it would be adding up to 120 new jobs at company headquarters in Portland, Ore.

Available openings span numerous divisions at the company including merchandising, marketing, communications, advertising, design, sales, e-commerce, and management positions. Adidas currently employs about 1,200 at its Portland offices, up from about 850 last year.

“There is a movement happening with Adidas. Our business is growing because we are challenging traditional models, experimenting with new ideas and moving with speed to lead change for the industry,” said Mark King, president of Adidas Group North America in a video posted to Youtube.

While much has been made of Adidas’ faltering U.S. presence in the last several years, the German company’s fortunes have begun to turn around recently. For the fourth quarter of 2015, Adidas AG reported sales growth of 15.4 percent to 4.17 billion euros ($4.45 billion), driven by accelerated momentum at Adidas and Reebok. North America was the second largest growth region in terms of sales, with 744 million euros, a 22.2 percent increase over the year before.

“We want people who think differently, who want to break rules, who want to be disruptive, who want to find new ways to do things,” said King in the video. “All of the talent isn’t at the top of the organization. The talent is company-wide. If you want to work here, you have to have big dreams. You have to believe that you can change, not only the trajectory of a company, but the trajectory of an industry. We’re looking for people with passion and excitement who want to make a difference not only at the company, but in the world.”
