Australian boot brand Blundstone has announced it will sponsor Meg Ryan’s directorial debut Ithaca, set to debut on March 31 at the Sonoma International Film Festival (SIFF).
Based on The Human Comedy by William Saroyan, and starring Ryan, Jack Quaid, Sam Shepard, Hamish Linklater and Alex Neustaedter, Ithaca tells the tale of a young boy determined to become the best and fastest bicycle telegraph messenger in his city.
Blundstone has sponsored several industry festivals throughout its history, including its recent sponsorship of the Hollywood Reporter Lounge at Sundance and its upcoming and continued sponsorship of the Hamptons International Film Festival.
