Brooks Running Company is introducing a new version of its best-selling Adrenaline GTS 16 inspired by the city of Boston.

Inspired by Boston’s coastal culture, the limited-edition “Nantucket” Adrenaline GTS 16 features an all-American plaid pattern of red, white and blue. The Brooks “Nantucket” also features nautical iconography such as a lobster on the shoelace lock, a sailboat and whale on the heel, and an anchor on the sockliner.

“For our second shoe celebrating Boston, the Brooks ‘Nantucket’ Adrenaline GTS 16 has been recreated to capture the celebratory spirit of New England,” said Shane Downey, Global Director, Brooks Running Company. “Summers on the Cape represent a festive time for the region. We’ve brought this spirit of all-American revelry to life through the use of a red, white and blue plaid pattern that adorns the shoe and nautical details inspired by the eastern seaboard.”

The Brooks “Nantucket” Adrenaline GTS 16 will be available for both Men and Women beginning April 1 for $130 online and at specialty running stores in Boston, including the Brooks Running Booth at the Boston marathon expo.
