CamperLab Revisits the ’90s for Fall ’17

Missed Sourcing Journal’s Virtual Sourcing Summit? It's not too late to view all keynotes and panels from the two days. Watch on demand now.

Camper taps into something dark for its CamperLab pre-Fall collection.

The brand bowed two new soles, one men’s and one women’s, that smack of ’90s grunge-era style. For women, the Thelma combines a platform arched heel with an oxford upper or vamp-zip ankle boot in monochromatic options of black, red and white.

The men’s Rex gets revamped with oversized proportions and jagged outsoles, inspired by outdoor trekking. Styles include a boot with a hiker-inspired upper and a hi-top sneaker with cutouts around the ankle.

The line’s slick patent leather was inspired by oil slicks and “pools of petrol.”

The Thelma and Rex styles are available online now and in select stores.
