Clarks Americas Moves to New Headquarters

When it’s deliver-or-die, supply chains become the lifeblood of a company. To that end, the fashion industry has embraced technology to navigate today’s hyper-complicated supply chain, with myriad solutions shaping the first, middle and last mile. Call it Sourcing 2.0.

Clarks Americas, subsidiary of the British footwear company, celebrated the grand opening of its new American corporate headquarters in Waltham, Mass. Thursday.

The company’s new digs are located at the historic Polaroid building, a 120,000 square foot property that occupies a four-story, single-tenant building on the main thoroughfare of Route 128.

Clarks celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a donation to the Waltham Boys and Girls club, a local charity that helps support young people in need.

“We couldn’t be more excited to open our new headquarters in Waltham,” said Clarks Americas President Gary Champion. “For over 20 years we have called the Metro Boston area home. This is a vibrant community that offers undeniable talent and resources. Our entire organization has been looking forward to this day, showcasing the very best of this great brand and sharing it with our customers and the surrounding community.”
