George Molyneux is stepping down from his role as vice president and general manager of Clarks Canada. Molyneux, whose career at Clarks spans 15 years, will retire from the post on Jan. 20, 2017.

The company announced that Gino Stinziani, who recently served as Geox Canada vice president and country manager, will fill the vacant role. Stinziani has more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the footwear and apparel industry, including 10 years with Clarks.

Stinziani’s career at Clarks began in 1991 as the vice president of finance. He ultimately assumed responsibility for all Canadian operations as the vice president of Canada until 2001.

“George and his team have worked hard to establish a very strong foundation for Clarks in Canada,” said Joe Casagrande, SVP/head of sales. “When we combine that foundation with Gino’s immense knowledge of our business, deep experience within the Canadian market and passion for the footwear industry, Clarks is positioned very well for future growth.”
