Clarks Updates Nature Collection

Clarks returns to nature. The comfort footwear brand is introducing Nature IV, the fourth edition of one of its most successful styles in its history.

The shoe is a contemporary take on Clarks’ shoemaking expertise. Like the original created in 1982, the Nature IV is based on four principles: an asymmetric, foot-shaped fit; high impact comfort, a science-based footbed structure and minimal component parts. The update features a new aesthetic inspired from athleisure.

The first edition of Nature, co-created by Neville Gillibrand and Derek Radford, became a favorite among creatives for it evolutionary design. The style was refreshed in 1996 with the addition of Clarks Active Air underfood cushioning technology. In 2021, Nature III debuted as two limited-edition styles to mark the 30th anniversary.

Nature IV will debuted globally on Feb. 16. It aunched in the U.S. as an exclusive limited release at Kith in New York, Blends in California and Ubiq in Pennsylvania. It will be available nationwide on Feb. 27.
