Luxury accessories brand Coach announced that its chief financial officer, Jane Hamilton Nielsen, has decided to leave the company.

Coach said that Neilsen has decided to “pursue another opportunity,” though she will stay on until August of this year in order to “facilitate a smooth transition.”

“During her tenure, Jane has played an important role as our leadership team’s finance partner and we wish her the best of luck as she embarks on her next chapter,” said Victor Luis, CEO of Coach, Inc.

The company said it is commencing a search to find a permanent successor, and that Coach veteran Andrea Shaw Resnick, who currently serves as global head of investor relations, would be appointed interim CFO until a permanent appointment is made.
