Diadora Celebrates Inaugural Run with New ‘Made in Italy’ Shoe

Italian sportswear brand Diadora is holding its first-ever 1500km run this week, and to celebrate the company has announced it is releasing a new sneaker style at the same time.

The N9000 Made in Italy will be available starting Feb. 11 to coincide with the start of the relay. Taking place from Thurs, Feb 11th – Fri, Feb 19th, it will start in Diadora’s HQ production center in Caerano San Marco, crossing the north of Italy and south of France, and ending in Barcelona.

The entire relay will be followed by a camera crew and support team reporting live from the race with updates posted to the home page here – makeitbright. Entrants were able to sign up throughout January, where they will join 80 local runners and 8 hero runners selected by Diadora, represented from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherland, Spain, UK and US.
