3 Must-Attend Events at FFANY

Trade show season is just around the corner. FFANY, taking place May 31-June 2 at the New York Hilton Midtown and across member showrooms, is planning a series opportunities to mix, mingle and learn.

Here’s a look at some of the must-attend events to put down in your iCal.

Kick off the summer season at FFANY’s Opening Night Industry Event at the iconic Bryant Park Grill. The annual event will feature live entertainment by City of The Sun and shoe art by Reneé Snelson. Tickets are $50-$150 and will help fund Shoes That Fit, a non-profit organization helping children in need of footwear. Buy tickets here.

Social media is your friend. On June 1 at 8 AM at the New York Hilton Midtown, FFANY will welcome Courtney Spritzer, author of “Like, Love, Follow: The Entreprenista’s Guide To Using Social Media To Grow Your Business,” to discuss measurable action items brands and retailers can use to grow their business through social media. Spritzer is the co-founder of Socialfly, a media marketing agency specializing in social public relations.

Two Ten WIFI will host an informative event featuring Jessie Randall, co-founder and creative director of Loeffler Randall and Joey Wolffer, founder and creative director of The Styleliner. The talk will take place at Brasserie 8½ on June 1 at 6 PM.
